RESOLUTION NO. 2004-101

RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEVELOPMENT KNOWN AS
WINDMILL PONDS
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Corcoran, County of Hennepin, State of
Minnesota, that the single family residential development known as Windmill Ponds, approved
for platting in 2002 and developed by William Worth, Worth Construction has completed and
met all conditions of the approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Corcoran does hereby direct
the City Administrator to release all securities currently being held by the city; and
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Corcoran does hereby accept the
streets within the development as public streets.
