RESOLUTION NO. 2004-100

RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEVELOPMENT KNOWN AS
W. H. CATES LONGHORN ESTATES
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Corcoran, County of Hennepin, State of
Minnesota, that the single family residential development known as W. H. Cates Longhorn
Estates, approved for platting in 2001 and developed by Wallace H. Cates has completed and
met all conditions of the approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Corcoran does hereby direct
the City Administrator to release all securities currently being held by the city; and
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Corcoran does hereby accept the
streets within the development as public streets.
