RESOLUTION NO. 2004-95
MOTION BY MEMBER: Bucher
SECONDED BY MEMBER: Thomas
WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisements for bids for the rental of crop land owned by the City of
Corcoran, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the attached bids were
received complying with the advertisement; and
WHEREAS, Peter Leuer provided the highest bid for the 20 acre parcel located %2 mile north of City
Hall on County Road 116 (SE corner of Schutte Road and County Road 116) in the amount of$86.10/
acre for 2005 and 2006; and
WHEREAS, Peter Leuer provided the highest bid for the 22 acre parcel lying south of City Hall in the
amount of$81.10/acre for 2005 and 2006;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CORCORAN, MN:
1. The City Administrator is hereby authorized to enter into a contract with Peter Leuer in the
name of the City of Corcoran for the rental of the 20 acre parcel of crop land located '/2 mile
north of City Hall on County Road 116 (SE corner of Schutte Road and County Road 116) in
the amount of$86.10/acre for 2005 and 2006; and
2. The City Administrator is hereby authorized to enter into a contract with Peter Leuer in the
name of the City of Corcoran for the rental of the 22 acre parcel of crop land lying south of
City Hall in the amount of$8.10/acre for 2005 and 2006.
