RESOLUTION NO. 2004-93

RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE ORGANIZATION
AND APPOINTMENTS FOR THE CITY OF CORCORAN
WHEREAS, the City of Corcoran is required to designate official signatories within the organization of
the City as defined by State Statute and City Codes.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City hereby appoints City Administrator Susan
Vergin as the acting City Clerk to fulfill those required statutory duties until such time as the City
Clerk/Treasurer position vacancy is filled.
