RESOLUTION FOR ACCEPTANCE OF THE
2005 — 2006 POLICE OFFICERS LABOR AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Corcoran has negotiated a labor agreement periodically over the years for
the police officers represented by the Minnesota Teamsters Public and Law Enforcement Employees'
Union, Local No. 320,to establish wages and other conditions of employment; and
WHEREAS, through this agreement the City of Corcoran and the Police Officers shall continue
their dedication to the highest quality of police service and protection to the residents of Corcoran.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby accept the Labor
Agreement for January 1, 2005 through December 31, 2006 for the Police Officers (Local No. 320), and
does hereby authorize the Mayor and City Administrator to enter into such contract on behalf of the City
of Corcoran.
