RESOLUTION FOR ACCEPTANCE OF THE
2005 — 2006 POLICE CHIEF LABOR CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the City of Corcoran has negotiated a labor contract periodically over the years for
the position of Police Chief to establish wages and other conditions of employment; and
WHEREAS, through this agreement the City of Corcoran and the Police Chief shall continue
their dedication to the highest quality of police service and protection to the residents of Corcoran.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby accept the Labor Contract
for January 1, 2005 through December 31, 2006 for Police Chief Paul Schutte, and does hereby authorize
the Mayor and City Administrator to enter into such contract on behalf of the City of Corcoran.
