RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONSTRUCTION COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
NO. PW 17-34-04,AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF CORCORAN TO ENTER INTO
SAID AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City is desirous of having a temporary traffic control signal installed at the
intersection of CSAH 30 and CSAH 101; and
WHEREAS, Hennepin County has prepared Construction Cooperative Agreement No. PW 17-
34-04, the purpose of which is to establish the responsibilities of the City, Hennepin County and
the City of Maple Grove, relative to the installation of said traffic control signal system and
associated land acquisition; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed Construction Cooperative Agreement No. PW 17-
34-04 and concurs with its contents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Corcoran,
Minnesota:
1. Construction Cooperative Agreement No. PW 17-34-04 is hereby approved.
2. The City of Corcoran is hereby authorized to enter into said Agreement
3. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized to execute said
Construction Cooperative Agreement No. PW 17-34-04.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Corcoran this 26th day of August, 2004.
