APPROVING THE VACATION OF A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT FOR
LARRY AND SHELLY HUTCHINS, PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6881 COUNTY ROAD

WHEREAS, Larry and Shelly Hutchins have requested approval to vacated a drainage
and utility easement generally described as follows:
A drainage and utility easement ten (10) feet in width abutting the south property line of
Lot 3, Block 1, Pioneer Lane Farm and a drainage and utility easement ten (10) feet in
width abutting the north property line of Lot 1, Block 1, Pioneer Lane Farm.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CORCORAN, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
vacation requested by Larry and Shelly Hutchins, subject to the following conditions:
1 . A vacation of the drainage and utility easement described is approved in
accordance with the plans and application received by the City on August 11,
2004, except as amended by this resolution.
2. The applicant must file the vacation at Hennepin County.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 26th day of August 2004.
