RESOLUTION NO. 2004- 70

A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DONATION OF LAND
FROM MARCUS AND KAREN VOTH
WHEREAS, Marcus and Karen Voth have indicated a willingness to donate the following
described real property to the City of Corcoran
Outlot A, Rush Meadows
WHEREAS, it is agreed that the market value of the land to be donated is $1,600; and
WHEREAS, the City finds that there is legitimate public purpose for the donated land to wit: the
extension of a public street.
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Corcoran resolves to accept the donation of
real property from Marcus and Karen Voth, as described as follows:
Outlot A, Rush Meadows
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that the value of the land so donated is acknowledged to be
worth $1,600.
