RESOLUTION NO. 2004-66
MOTION BY MEMBER: GAGEBY
SECONDED BY MEMBER: THOMAS
WHEREAS, pursuant to sealed bids sought for a 1990 Ford F150 Pickup and a 1987 Ford Cargo Van,
bids and were received, opened, and tabulated according to law;
AND WHEREAS, the following bids were received:
1990 Ford Pickup Duane Popovich $ 151.00
1990 Ford Pickup David Junker $ 440.00
1987 Cargo Van Duane Popovich $ 51.00
WHEREAS, David Junker is hereby identify as the high bidder for the 1990 Ford Pickup; and
WHEREAS, Duane Popovich is hereby identified as the high bidder for the 1987 Cargo Van.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORCORAN, MN that
the City accepts these bids from the respective bidders as identified above and directs the City Clerk
and City Administrator to complete the necessary transfer of ownerships accordingly.
