RESOLUTION 2004-49
MOTION BY: BUCHER

APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR ACCESSORY LIVING QUARTERS
AT 9000 BRANDYWINE ROAD.
WHEREAS, William Solyntjes and Lloyd Landkamer have requested a conditional use
permit to allow accessory living quarters at Brandywine Farms on the parcel legally
described as follows:
Outlot A, Brandywine Addition
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CORCORAN, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
request for a conditional use permit, subject to the following findings and conditions:
1 . The conditional use permit is approved in accordance with the plans and application
received by the City on April 14, 2004 and revisions received on April 27, 2004,
except as amended herein.
2. The development shall comply with the Agriculture District standards.
3. The applicant must revise the plans to comply with the required 50-foot rear yard
structure setback.
4. The accessory living quarters may not be used as rental units.
5. No more than one accessory living quarters shall be allowed. The existing
accessory living quarters must be demolished.
