RESOLUTION NO. 2004-47

A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING ADDITIONAL MEETINGS
FOR THE PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Chapter 34 of the City of Corcoran Municipal Code establishes a Planning Commission
which shall act as the planning agency of the City and shall have the powers and duties given such
agencies by Minnesota Statutes §462.351 —462.364; and
WHEREAS, the City Council and Planning Commission recognize the importance of this role to
promote the systematic, comprehensive and effective planning for the City and the importance of
protecting the due process as described within State Statutes.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City does hereby declare that the Planning Commission
shall hold optional meetings on the third Thursday of every month, commencing at 7:00 p.m., at the
discretion of the City Staff.
