HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2004-36 - Approving Final Plat for Terry Kuehn for "Kuehn Farm" Located at 23525 Strehler Road City of Corcoran County of Hennepin State of Minnesota RESOLUTION 2004-36 Motion by THOMAS Seconded by LYMANGOOD APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR TERRY KUEHN FOR "KUEHN FARM" ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 23525 STREHLER ROAD. WHEREAS, Terry Kuehn has requested approval of a final plat to allow the creation of two lots on the 15-acre property legally described as follows: The north 495.00 feet of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 19, Township 119 North, Range 23 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Hennepin County, Minnesota. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORCORAN, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the final plat for Terry Kuehn for Kuehn Farm; and FURTHER, that the following conditions be met prior to recording the final plat: 1. A final plat is approved to allow the creation of 2 lots, in accordance with the plans received by the City on April 21, 2004, except as amended by this resolution. 2. Development standards shall be according to RR zoning district. 3. The park dedication shall be dedication of the trail easement as shown on the trail easement document and described on that document. A copy of the trail easement must be filed a Hennepin County with the final plat. 4. The final plat must be filed by the applicant at Hennepin County. 5. All conditions of preliminary plat approval must be met (Resolution 2004- 7). 6. Final plat approval shall expire two years from the date of approval unless the plat has been filed at Hennepin County. 7. The applicant shall submit electronic files of the plat in a manner as required by the City Engineer, prior to release of the final plat for filing.
