RESOLUTION NO. 2004 -31

WHEREAS, the Corcoran Jaycees have made an application to the City of Corcoran for the purpose of
conducting lawful gambling, within the city limits;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Corcoran finds this
application to be in compliance with the city codes and hereby authorizes the City Clerk to sign the
application on behalf of the City, allowing lawful gambling to be conducted at Mama G's, located at
9705 Highway 101, Corcoran, as described in the application.
