RESOLUTION NO. 2004-19
MOTION BY MEMBER: BUCHER
SECONDED BY MEMBER: THOMAS
WHEREAS, pursuant to bids and quotes sought for Drain Tile to various streets within the City, bids and quotes
were received, opened, and tabulated according to law;
AND WHEREAS,the following bids were received:
Traxler Construction Inc. $22,627.50
Chard Tiling&Excavating $23,377.50
AND WHEREAS, the Traxler Construction Inc, of Le Center Minnesota is hereby identify as the lowest
responsible bidder.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORCORAN, MN:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into contract with above identified
responsible bidder in the name of the City of Corcoran for the 2004 Drain Tile Project;
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made
with their bids, except that the deposit of the successful bidder shall be retained until a contract has been
signed.
