SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 192
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TEXT OF CHAPTER 9 THE CORCORAN
CITY CODE, ENTITLED SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE
Chapter 9 is the Corcoran Subdivision Ordinance. This Ordinance replaces the
prior City Subdivision Ordinance and all amendments thereto, and establishes a
new Chapter 9, which contains the following sections:
SECTION 910 — TITLE, PURPOSE AND INTENT
SECTION 915 - RULES AND DEFINITIONS
SECTION 920 — SUBDIVISION APPROVAL REQUIRED
SECTION 925 — PREMATURE SUBDIVISION PROHIBITED
SECTION 930 — PRELIMINARY PLAT
SECTION 935 — FINAL PLAT
SECTION 940 — OPEN SPACE PRESERVATION PLATS
SECTION 945 — DESIGN STANDARDS
SECTION 950 — EROSION CONTROL
SECTION 955 — PARK DEDICATION
SECTION 960 — DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT
SECTION 965 — OFFICIAL MAPS
SECTION 970 — ADMINISTRATION - VARIANCES
SECTION 975 — ADMINISTRATION — VACATION
SECTION 980 — ADMINISTRATION - APPEALS
SECTION 985 - ENFORCEMENT AND PENALTIES
The existing chapter 9 of the City Code (General Regulations) shall be
renumbered as Chapter 8.
A printed copy of the entire Subdivision Ordinance is available for inspection by
any person at City Hall during the City Clerk's regular office hours.
