WHEREAS, pursuant to quotes sought for 2004, for the supply and delivery of Gravel -Class 5,to be placed on
various streets within the City,quotes were received,opened, and tabulated according to law;
AND WHEREAS,the following has been identify as the lowest responsible bidder:
Gravel, Class 5 Buffalo Bituminous $4.50 Ton
$ 7.00 Ton Delivered
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORCORAN, MN:
1. That the Public Works Superintendent is hereby authorized and directed to enter into contract with
above identified responsible bidder in the name of the City of Corcoran.
