RESOLUTION NO. 2004 —24
MOTION BY MEMBER:LYMANGOOD
SECONDED BY MEMBER: BUCHER
RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING RECEIPT OF PETITION FOR INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Corcoran that a petition requesting sewer and water
services into the Business Park Zoning District located within the Southwest District of Corcoran has
been received; and
WHEREAS, the City's Comprehensive Plan does identify the Southwest District as an area to receive
sewer and water services through joint efforts with adjacent communities.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Corcoran will continue in its efforts to determine
the feasibility and resources by which to bring sewer and water services to this area.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that the City shall follow the proper and legal procedures for
providing improvements through the assessment process in conformity with MN State Statute 429.
