RESOLUTION 2000-11
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR DESIGNATION AS AN AGRICULTURAL PRESERVE
FOR JOHN&JOYCE MEISTER
WHEREAS, the preservation of agriculture and a rural environment is a primary goal established by Corcoran's
Comprehensive Plan and is a primary purpose of the current adopted code; and
WHEREAS,the City of Corcoran has previously designated certain lands, included below described parcels, as
eligible for designation as an agricultural preserve; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the below described parcels has made official application for its designation as an
agricultural preserve; and
WHEREAS, the requirements regarding size, covenants, development density and other stipulations of the act are .
deemed legally satisfied.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the property owned by John&Joyce Meister and described as:
Parcel A—PID 14-119-23 41 0002
E '/z of SE '/4 except S 180 ft of W 304.5 ft thof except roads, Section 14, Township 119, Range 23, City of
Corcoran, Hennepin County, Minnesota
Parcel B—PID 14-119-23 42 0001

• Moved by member Dixie Lindsley, seconded by member George Gmach.
• The following voted in favor of said resolution: Mayor Guenthner, Council members Bucher, Gmach, 1
Lindsley, and Thomas.
• The following voted against the same: None.
• Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.
