RESOLUTION NO. 2000-08
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF PARK PLACE
STORAGE FINAL PLAT AND CONDOMINIUMS
WHEREAS, Paul Jorgensen has constructed storage buildings for individual sale; and
WHEREAS, on December 2, 1999, the Planning Commission considered the request to
create a separate parcel for the storage units; and
WHEREAS, on December 9, 1999, the City Council approved a land division for the parcel
but did not specify the creation of the individual units.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Corcoran that a
condominium for storage units be allowed for the Park Place Storage facilities and that the
Mayor and City Administrator may execute the proper documents to create the
condominiums as required under Minnesota Statutes 515B.2-110 subject to the following
conditions:
1. Park dedication of$2000 shall be paid prior to release of the plat.
2. 10' wide drainage and utility easements shall be dedicated around the entire perimeter of
the property.
Moved by Councilor George Gmach, seconded by Councilor Ronald Thomas.
The following voted in favor of said resolution: Guenthner, Bucher, Gmach, Lindsley and
Thomas
The following voted against the same: None
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.
