RESOLUTION NO. 2000-40
RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE RAMMINGER'S REQUEST TO CONNECT TO THE CITY
OF MAPLE GROVE SEWER SYSTEM
WHEREAS, Maria& Leon Ramminger, 19105 81st Place, have requested to connect to the City of
Maple Grove sanitary sewer system; and
WHEREAS, the City of Corcoran does not currently provide sanitary sewer to its residents; and
WHEREAS, the property owner does not wish to be annexed into the City of Maple Grove; and
WHEREAS, the City of Corcoran does not wish to have the property annexed to the City of Maple
Grove; and
WHEREAS, there is an unusual section of small adjacent properties where connection without
annexation would be justified.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the City of Corcoran City Council that the City of Maple
Grove be formally requested to permit Maria& Leon Ramminger to connect to their system without
being annexed into the City of Maple Grove.
Motion made by: Ron Thomas, Seconded by: John Bucher
Voting in Favor: Guenther, Thomas, and Bucher
Opposed: None
Absent: Gmach and Lindsley
Upon which the motion was carried.
