HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2000-39 - CUP Accessory Structures - Waste City of Corcoran RESOLUTION NO. 2000-39 CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW THREE ACCESSORY STRUCTURES TOTALING 2280 SQUARE FEET, ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 20439 COUNTY ROAD 10, PROPERTY IDENTIFICATION NUMBER 23-119-23-32-0001 WHEREAS, Robert and Susan Waste, have a purchase agreement for property located at 20439 County Road 10, City of Corcoran; and WHEREAS, they have requested a Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of three accessory structures totaling 2280 square feet in area; and WHEREAS, on June 1, 2000, the Planning Commission held a public hearing and reviewed this application and moved to recommend approval with conditions; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Corcoran that the Conditional Use Permit for Robert and Susan Waste be and is hereby approved subject to the following conditions: 1. The buildings shall all be at least 100 feet from any property line. 2. All buildings shall include 12-inch eaves and 18-inch overhangs. 3. The buildings may be constructed in phases so the CUP is considered implemented once the first shed is built. Moved by Councilor Thomas, seconded by Councilor Bucher. The following voted in favor of said resolution: Guenthner, Bucher and Thomas. The following voted against the same: None. The following were absent: Lindsley and Gmach. Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried. Dated this 22" day of June, 2000.
