A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF ACACIA HILLS 2ND ADDITION,
A PLAT TO CREATE 4 RESIDENTIAL LOTS, LOCATED IN THE NORTHWEST QUARTER
OF SECTION 13, CITY OF CORCORAN, MINNESOTA. PID #13-119-23-23-0016
WHEREAS, St. Croix Properties, LLC has made application for final plat approval for the residential
development of 4 residential lots; and
WHEREAS, the final plat is consistent with the preliminary plat approved in 1997; and
WHEREAS, on June 1, 2000, the Planning Commission reviewed this application and moved to
recommend final plat approval with conditions;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Corcoran that final plat
approval of Acacia Hills 2nd Addition be and is hereby approved subject to the following conditions:
1. Outstanding issues related to Phase 1 shall be resolved to the satisfaction of the City Engineer prior to
recording the final plat.
2. Septic system sites shall be reviewed by the building inspector for conformance with original
approvals.
3. Dead trees along the county road shall be removed to the satisfaction of the city.
Moved by Councilor John Bucher, seconded by Councilor Ron Thomas.
The following voted in favor of said resolution: Guenthner, Thomas and Bucher.
The following voted against the same: None
The following were absent: Lindsley and Gmach
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.
