HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2000-36 - Land Division - Colebank RESOLUTION NO. 2000-36 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LAND DIVISION FOR ROBERT AND RUTH COLEBANK FOR LAND LOCATED IN THE SOUTH HALF OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 119, RANGE 23, CITY OF CORCORAN PID #10-119-23-31-0003 WHEREAS, Robert and Ruth Colebank have made application for land division to create 2 parcels approximately 10 acres and 54 acres in size from property located at 21105 County Road 30; and WHEREAS, on June 1, 2000, the Planning Commission reviewed this application and moved to recommend approval with conditions; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Corcoran that the land division for Robert and Ruth Colebank be and is hereby approved subject to the following conditions: 1. Two building rights remain. 2. The lot created shall be a 10-acre parcel. 3. The septic system on the farmstead shall be brought up to current standards. 4. Access to the 54+ acre site shall be provided from Sunny Hill Drive. 5. Park dedication in the amount of$1000 shall be paid for one additional parcel. 6. A lot consolidation application shall be submitted for the parcel east of the homestead. Moved by Councilor Ron Thomas, seconded by Councilor John Bucher. The following voted in favor of said resolution Guenthner, Thomas and Bucher The following voted against the same: None The following were absent: Lindsley and Gmach. Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried. Dated this 22nd day of June 2000.
