HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2000-33 - Supporting Joint Recreational Planning Efforts City of Corcoran County of Hennepin State of Minnesota RESOLUTION NO. 2000-33 A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING JOINT RECREATIONAL PLANNING EFFORTS WHEREAS, the City of Corcoran has determined that it is in the best interest of the public to provide diverse outside recreational activities and to enhance the natural resources presently available within and surrounding the community. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that to ensure the protection of those existing recreational resources and to provide for the enhancement of additional resources within the surrounding area, the City of Corcoran respectfully requests that cooperative efforts be made to work united with other governmental units to create and support our natural resources and promote recreational activities. Moved by member George Gmach, Seconded by member John Bucher. The following voted in favor of said resolution: Ken Guenthner, George Gmach, and John Bucher. The following voted against the same: None Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried Dated this 8`h day of June 2000.
