RESOLUTION NO. 2000-02
A RESOLUTION REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS
WHEREAS, It appears to the City Council of the City of Corcoran(City)that the roads
hereinafter described as a Municipal State Aid Street under the provisions of Minnesota laws should
no longer serve as Municipal State Aid Streets.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Corcoran that that
the roads described as follows, to-wit:
1. Bechtold Road from County Road 10 to County Road 117; and
2. Cain Road from County Road 30 to County Road 117
be, and hereby are, revoked as a Municipal State Aid Streets of said city subject to the approval of the
Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to forward
two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for his consideration.
Moved by member Ron Thomas, seconded by member John Bucher.
The following voted in favor of said resolution: Mayor Guenthner, Councilors Bucher, Gmach,
Lindsley, and Thomas.
The following voted against the same: None
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.
