WHEREAS, pursuant to bids and quotes sought for 2014 - 2015 street maintenance
materials for various streets within the City, bids were received, opened, and tabulated
according to law; and
WHEREAS, the following bid was received;

BE IT RESOLVED that Dennis Fehn Gravel and Excavating Inc. has been identified as the
lowest responsible bidder;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORCORAN, MN:
That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into contract with
above identified responsible bidder in the name of the City of Corcoran for the 2014 - 2015
street maintenance materials.
