A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A SITE PLAN FOR T-MOBILE USA FOR
GROUND EQUIPMENT AND CO-LOCATION OF AN ANTENNA LOCATED AT
6995 COUNTY ROAD 101
WHEREAS, the applicant, T-Mobile USA, has requested approval of a site plan
to allow ground equipment to support the antenna to be co-located on the
existing antenna tower in Lion's Park; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called
public meeting and recommends approval, and;
WHEREAS, the City Council granted an exemption from the development
moratorium for this site;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CORCORAN, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does
approve the request by T-Mobile USA for a site plan, subject to the following
findings and conditions:
1. The site plan is approved in accordance with the plans received by the City
on January 7, 2004 and revisions received January 22, 2004, except as
amended herein.
2. The applicant shall provide a landscape plan for the site for review and
approval by City staff. The applicant shall provide this landscaping between
the existing tower and County Road 101 , subject to approval of the
landowner. If landscaping is not possible in that location, a minimum of new
ground cover and low-growing shrubs around the ground equipment fence
shall be provided.
3. The applicant shall provide plans and specifications for fences, walls and
other buffers.
4. A grading plan for soil erosion and sediment control both during construction
and after development has been completed. The plan shall include existing
and proposed contours, rights-of-way and easements.

5. A permit is required from the City prior to beginning construction.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 26th day of February 2004.
