RESOLUTION 2004-01

A RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGNATION AS AN
AGRICULTURAL PRESERVE
WHEREAS, the City of Corcoran has designated certain lands in their Comprehensive Plan to be eligible
for designation as an agriculture preserve;and
WHEREAS, the below described parcels are outside of the moratorium area and are located within the
area defined as Rural/Ag Residential; and
WHEREAS,owners of the below described parcels have made official application for their designation as
an agricultural preserve; and
WHEREAS, the requirements regarding size, covenants, development density and other stipulations of
the act are deemed legally satisfied.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following five properties owned by and described
below are hereby designated as Agricultural Preserve:
PID 19-119-23-41-0001(78.88 acres)—Owned by James and Beverly Patnode
The E1/2 of the SE1/4 of Section 19,Township 119, Range 23,except road.
PID 29-119-23-12-0006(55.65 acres)—Owned by James and Beverly Patnode
The E440 feet of the N 2145 feet of the NW 1/4 and that part of the W1/4 of the NE 1/4 lying south of the
north 355 feet,except road.
PID 30-119-23-11-0001 (79.23 acres)—Owned by Daryl J.Patnode
The E1/2 of the NE1/4 of Section 30,Township 119,Range 23,except road.
PID 20-119-23-31-0003(79.00 acres)—Owned by Daniel and Cynthia Patnode
The EI/2 of the SE1/4 of Section 20,Township 119, Range 23,except road.
PIO 35-119-23-12-0002(95.57 acres)—Owned by Richard and Donna Dempsey
Lot 10, Block 1, Meadow Trails, Section 35,Township 119,Range 23
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the above properties must submit to the requirements of "A-1
Agricultural Preserve" District as an overlaying, more stringent zoning for the duration of requested
designation. No subdivisions can occur unless and until said properties are removed from the Ag
Preserve Program.
