RESOLUTION NO. 2000-90
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT TO BE KNOWN AS WEINAND WOODS,
LOCATED IN THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 8, PID#08-119-23-33-0001
WHEREAS, Willard Weinand has made application for final plat approval for the residential
development of a portion of 152 acres to create 3 residential lots, located on the south side
of County Road 30; and
WHEREAS, on December 7,2000, the Planning Commission considered the plat; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission moved to recommend approval with conditions;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Corcoran that final plat
approval of Weinand Woods be and is hereby approved subject to the conditions of the preliminary plat.
Moved by Councilor Gmach, seconded by Councilor Bucher
The following voted in favor of said resolution: Guenthner, Gmach, Bucher, Thomas and Lindsley.
The following voted against the same: None
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.
