RESOLUTION NO. 2000-87
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A SITE PLAN FOR AN ACCESSORY BUILDING FOR
NEXTEL COMMUNICATIONS AT LIONS PARK
WHEREAS, Nextel Communications has requested site plan approval; and
WHEREAS, The Corcoran Planning Commission reviewed the application on
December 7, 2000; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission voted 6-0 to recommend the Council approve the request;
and
WHEREAS, The Corcoran City Council considers the recommendation of the Planning
Commission in making a decision.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Corcoran
hereby approves the site plan for Nextel Communications consistent with the plans on file and subject to
the following conditions:
1. A building permit shall be required for construction of the facilities.
2. A landscape Plan shall be submitted subject to the approval of the staff and landscaping shall be
provided per the plan.
Moved by Councilor Gmach, seconded by Councilor Lindsley.
The following voted in favor of said resolution: Guenthner, Gmach, Lindsley, Thomas and Bucher
The following voted against the same: None
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.
