HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2000-85 - Final Plat - Good Shepherd 2nd Addition City of Corcoran County of Hennepin State of Minnesota RESOLUTION NO. 2000-85 A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR A PLAT TO BE KNOWN AS GOOD SHEPHERD 2"ADDITION PID#25-119-23-21-0007 WHEREAS, Greg Ebert has made application for final plat approval for Good Shepherd 2nd Addition; and WHEREAS, on December 7, 2000, the Planning Commission reviewed this application and moved to recommend approval with conditions; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Corcoran that final plat approval of Good Shepherd 2nd Addition be and is hereby approved subject to the following conditions: 1. The site is not considered buildable unless septic suitability information is submitted or public sewer is available. 2. Park dedication shall be paid for one parcel. Any future subdivisions shall pay dedication on new parcels at the rate in effect at the time of development. 3. Certification that the septic is working properly shall be provided for the existing septic system. 4. Lot 2 shall be an outlot and therefore not subject to the park dedication fee at this time. Moved by Councilor Thomas, seconded by Councilor Bucher The following voted in favor of said resolution: Guentlmer, Thomas, Bucher,Lindsley and Gmach. The following voted against the same: None Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried. Dated this 20th day of December 2000.
