RESOLUTION 2000-81
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A LAND DIVISION FOR LONNIE RUX FOR LAND
LOCATED IN THE SOUTHEAST '/4 OF THE NORTHWEST V4 OF SECTION 25 TOWNSHIP
119 RANGE 23, PID # 25-119-23-24-0003
WHEREAS, Lonnie Rux, as applicant, has requested a land division; and
WHEREAS, The Corcoran Planning Commission reviewed the request on November 2, 2000; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission voted 5-0 to recommend Council approve the request; and
WHEREAS, The Corcoran City Council considers public testimony and the recommendation of
the Planning Commission in making a decision.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Corcoran that the land
division for Lonnie Rux for PID#25-119-23-24-0003 be and hereby is approved with the following
conditions:
1. Roadway right-of-way shall be dedicated as follows:
a) 100' total for County Road 10
b) 40' total from the centerline of Larkin Road
c) 30' total from the centerline of Maple Hill Estates
2. Easements for drainage and utility purposes shall be provided over delineated wetlands and
around the perimeter of each lot.
3. The subdivision shall meet the requirements of the Wetland Conservation Act.
4. Park dedication in the amount of$1000 shall be paid prior to recording the resolution.
5. Septic suitability may limit the use of the site.
Motion by Thomas and Seconded by Lindsley
Voting in Favor: Guenthner, Lindsley, Bucher, Thomas and Gmach
Voting Against: None
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.
