RESOLUTION NO. 2000-79
A RESOLUTION SETTING FEES FOR THE CITY OF CORCORAN
WHEREAS, the City of Corcoran(city)has adopted an ordinance authorizing all
city fees to be set by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the city has been requested to review the fees charged for obtaining
copies of the topographical maps.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the Corcoran City Council that
the fee assessed for legally accurate topographical maps shall remain the same, and a fee
for inexact copies of the topographical map is set at the cost of photocopying and staff
time to prepare the copies. The fee for photocopying and staff time is to be based on the
cost of production and/or set out elsewhere by city resolution from time to time.
Moved by member Bucher, Seconded by member Lindsley.
The following voted in favor of said resolution: Guenthner, Bucher, Lindsley,
Thomas and Gmach.
The following voted against the same: None
The following was absent: None
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.
