RESOLUTION 2000- 78
A RESOLUTION FOR VACATION OF CERTAIN RIGHT-OF-WAY
ON A PORTION OF LOT 1, BLOCK 3 COUNTRYSIDE PLAZA,HENNEPIN COUNTY,
MINNESOTA LOCATED AT 7604 COMMERCE STREET IN THE CITY OF CORCORAN.
WHEREAS, Greg Ebert, the property owner of a parcel located at 7604 Commerce St., City of
Corcoran,has requested vacation of certain right-of-way adjacent to the parcel; and
WHEREAS, The City Engineer has reviewed the request and determined that the right-
of-way provides adequate access to surrounding properties; and
WHEREAS, The Corcoran City Council held a public hearing to consider the vacation.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Corcoran that the right-of-
way legally described as:
Right-of-way easement per Document No. 5585309 recorded in Hennepin County, Minnesota
Be hereby vacated.
Moved by Councilor Thomas, seconded by Councilor Bucher.
The following voted in favor of said resolution: Guenthner,Thomas, Bucher, Lindsley, and Gmach.
The following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.
