RESOLUTION NO. 2000-7.5
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE 2001 RECYCLING FEES FOR THE CITY OF
CORCORAN
WHEREAS, the City of Corcoran(city)has adopted an ordinance authorizing all
city fees to be set by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the city wants to make updating it's fee schedule as efficient as
possible; and
WHEREAS, city charges for service must be constantly monitored in order to
ensure market rate pricing and budgetary needs are met.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the City of Corcoran, City
Council that the 2001 fee for recycling shall be set at $2.00 per unit per month.
Moved by member Ron Thomas, Seconded by member Dixie Lindsley.
The following voted in favor of said resolution: Guenthner, Thomas, Gmach,
Lindsley and Bucher.
The following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.
