HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2000-70 - Final Plat - Serenity Meadows City of Corcoran County of Hennepin State of Minnesota RESOLUTION NO. 2000-70 A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR A PLAT TO BE KNOWN AS SERENITY MEADOWS, LOCATED IN THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 11 PID#11-119-23-11-0003 WHEREAS, Jim Uzzell has made application for final plat approval for the development of 72+ acres to create 6 residential lots and 5 outlots, located on the northwest corner of County Roads 30 and 116; and WHEREAS, on September 7, 2000, the Planning Commission reviewed the application and moved to recommend final plat approval with conditions; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Corcoran that final plat approval of Serenity Meadows be and is hereby approved subject to the following conditions: 1. All conditions of Preliminary Plat approval remain in fill force and effect. 2. A development agreement shall be drafted by the City Attorney for execution by the developer prior to recording the final plat. 3. Outlot B can remain as a separate parcel with an easement for access over outlot C. 4. The road shall be constructed as an urban (or rural) section. Moved by Councilor Gmach, seconded by Councilor Lindsley. The following voted in favor of said resolution: Guenthner, Gmach, Lindsley, Bucher and Thomas. The following voted against the same: None Excused Absent: Guenthner Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.
