Resolution No . 2000 - 63
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Corcoran Police Department enter into a grant
agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office of Traffic Safety for the
project entitled "SAFE AND SOBER COMMUNITIES," during the period from October 1,
2000 through September 30, 2001.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT Paul Schutte, Chief of Police for the Corcoran
Police Department, is hereby authorized to execute such agreements as are necessary to
implement the project on behalf of the City of Corcoran Police Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT Roberta Colotti, City Administrator for the
City of Corcoran, is hereby authorized to be the fiscal agent and administer this grant on behalf
of the Corcoran Police Department.
Motion by: Dixie Lindsley, Seconded by: John Bucher
Voting in Favor: Guenthner, Lindsley, Bucher, and Thomas
Voting Against: None
Excused Absent: Gmach
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
