HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2000-59 - 2001 Preliminary Budget Resolution No. 2000-59 "Adopting the Preliminary Budget for Certification to the County" City of Corcoran County of Hennepin State of Minnesota WHEREAS, it is the policy of the City of Corcoran to prepare and adopt an annual General Fund Operating budget; and WHEREAS,Hennepin County requires that the preliminary budget be certified by September 15th each year. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Corcoran hereby adopts the following preliminary 2001 General Fund Operating Budget for certification to the county and hereby appropriates the following amounts for said 2001 preliminary budget. Revenues Expenditures $969,097 Levy $471,585 General Government $89,845 Licenses & Permits $382,262 Police $430,207 Intergovernmental Revenue $138,598 Fire Protection & Grants $71,970 Charges for Services $8,400 Prisoners $56,475 Fines & Forfeits $5,000 Building Inspection $5,000 Interest on Investments $468,770 Streets $4,000 Miscellaneous Revenues $18,000 Engineering $65,979 Parks& Weed Control $103,000 Capital Equipment $1,626594 Total Revenues $1,661,594 Total Expenditures $35,000 Other Funding Sources -0- Transfer to Other Funds Transfer from other funds $1,661,594 Total Combined Revenues $1,661,594 Total Combined Expenditures Moved by member George Gmach, Seconded by member John Bucher. The following voted in favor of said resolution: Ken Guenthner, George Gmach,John Bucher, Ron Thomas and Dixie Lindsley.
