HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2000-58 - Land Division - 10420 CR 19 - Tessmer City of Corcoran County of Hennepin State of Minnesota RESOLUTION 2000-58 A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A LAND DIVISION FOR CARL TESSMER FOR LAND LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF OAKDALE DRIVE AND COUNTY ROAD 19, PID #06-119-23-41-0006 WHEREAS, Carl Tessmer, owner of the property located at 10420 County Road 19, City of Corcoran, has requested a land division; and WHEREAS, The Corcoran Planning Commission reviewed the request on August 3, 2000; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission voted 7-0 to recommend the Council approve the request; and WHEREAS, The Corcoran City Council considers public testimony and the recommendation of the Planning Commission in making a decision. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Corcoran that the land division for Carl Tessmer for property located at 10420 County Road 19 be and hereby is approved with the following conditions: 1. Park dedication in the amount of$1000 be paid for the additional parcel. Any future subdivision shall incur additional fees. 2. The septic system for the existing house shall be brought up to code. 3. Any future subdivision of the 69.93 acres will be subject to the zoning and subdivision regulations in effect at the time of subdivision. 4. A legal description shall be provided for the new parcel and the balance of the property. 5. Drainage and Utility easements shall be provided over the wetland and property lines. Motion by: Lindsley, Seconded by: Thomas All Voting in Favor. Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.
