Resolution No. 2000-55 “Authorizing Public Auction of
PID #02-119-23-34 0006.”
City of Corcoran
County of Hennepin
State of Minnesota
WHEREAS
, the property identified as PID #02-119-23 34 0006 has been forfeited to the State of
Minnesota (state) for non-payment of property taxes; and
WHEREAS
, the City is requested to either approve the parcel for public auction, auction to
adjacent owners, or request a conveyance to the city; and
WHEREAS
, the City does not require the use of said property; and
WHEREAS
, the property serves as a driveway for several homes.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
, by the City Council of the City of Corcoran that the
property identified as PID #02-119-23-34-0006 be authorized for sale at public auction to the adjacent
property owners.

The following voted in favor of said resolution: Councilors Thomas, Lindsley, Bucher, and
Mayor Guenthner
The following voted against the same: None
Absent: Councilor Gmach
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.
