A RESOLUTION DENYING FURTHER EXTENTION FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT
APPROVAL FOR PLAT DALCO ACRES FOR THE RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT OF 5
RESIDENTIAL LOTS, LOCATED AT 227XX COUNTY ROAD 50 IN THE NORTHWEST
QUARTER OF SECTION 26

WHEREAS, David J. Dalbec submitted an application for preliminary plat for the subdivision of 50 acres
into 5 parcels; and
WHEREAS, on September 4, 1997, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on this
application and moved to recommend preliminary plat approval with conditions; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the preliminary plat September 11, 1997 and the final plat is to be
submitted within 100 days of this date unless an extension is granted; and
WHEREAS, an extension for 12 months was granted by the City Council on March 12, 1998; and
WHEREAS, the applicant claims an extension was requested by letter in February of 1999 but no record
of the letter exists within the City files; and
WHEREAS, without an extension approval in 1999 the plat has expired.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Corcoran that
