Resolution No. 2000-32
A Resolution Adopting the Hennepin County Mutual Aid Pact
Joint and Cooperative Agreement For Use of Police Personnel
and Equipment
WHEREAS,the Corcoran Police Department has previously approved and participated in
a mutual aid agreement between the police agencies within Hennepin County to provide
cooperative use of police personnel and equipment; and
WHEREAS, the participating governmental units have determined that it is advisable to
clarify and update the language of that Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE,be it resolved by the Corcoran City Council, that the revised
Hennepin County Mutual Aid Pact Joint and Cooperative Agreement For Use of Police
Personnel and Equipment, dated February 3, 2000, is hereby approved and that Mayor
and Chief of Police are authorized and directed to execute said Agreement on behalf of
the Corcoran Police Department as a participating member of the Agreement.
Moved by member John Bucher Seconded by member George Gmach.
The following voted in favor of said resolution: Ken Guenthner,John Bucher. and George
Gmach
The following voted against the same: None
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.
