RESOLUTION NO. 2000-30
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL AESHLIMAN PROPERTY
THE RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT OF APPROXIMATELY 120 ACRES TO CREATE 12
RESIDENTIAL LOTS,LOCATED IN THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 26
PID #26-119-23-31-0001
WHEREAS, Laurent Development Company, LLC has made application for preliminary plat approval for
the residential development of approximately 120 acres to create 12 residential lots, located
at 20417 Larkin Road; and
WHEREAS, on May 4 2000, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on this application
and moved to recommend preliminary plat approval with conditions;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Corcoran that preliminary
plat approval of the Aeshliman Property be and is hereby approved subject to the following conditions:
1. The grading, storm drainage and street plans are subject to the review and approval of the City
Engineer.
2. The Location of the access to the site shall be reviewed and approved by the City Engineer.
3. The plan shall be reviewed for compliance with the Wetland Conservation Act and approved by the
Elm Creek Watershed.
4. On-site sewage disposal system designs shall be submitted for review and approval prior to submittal
of the final plat application.
5. Park dedication in effect at the time of final plat shall be paid for each parcel. If further subdivision
occurs in the future, additional funds will be required for each lot created.

Voting Against: None
Absent: Guenthner and Lindsley
Upon which the resolution was declared carried.
