HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2000-26 - Land Division - 22933 CR 50 - Pettit RESOLUTION NO. 2000 - 26 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LAND DIVISION BY JOE PETTIT TO ALLOW THE SUBDIVISION OF 85 ACRES INTO TWO PARCELS LOCATED AT 22933 COUNTY ROAD 50 PID #29-119-23 22 0001 WHEREAS, Joe Pettit has made application for a Land Division to subdivide 85 acres into two parcels; and WHEREAS, on May 4, 2000, the Planning Commission considered this land division request and moved to recommend approval with conditions. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Corcoran hereby approves a request by Joe Pettit to divide an 10.0 acre parcel from an 85 acre parcel, located at 22933 County Road 50 and legally described as the W 1/2 of the NW 1/4 and the W 5 acres of N 61 Rods of NE '/4 of NW 1/4 excluding road, subject to the following conditions: 1. Park dedication in the amount of$1000 be paid for the additional parcel. Any future subdivision shall incur additional fees. 2. Right-of-way totaling 50 feet from the centerline of County Road 50 be dedicated within the descriptions on the survey. 3. The septic system for the existing house shall be brought up to code. 4. Any future subdivision of the 75.09 acres will be subject to the zoning and subdivision regulations. 5. There are 7 building rights left on the 75.09-acre parcel. Moved by Councilor Gmach, seconded by Councilor Lindsley The following voted in favor of said resolution: Mayor Guenthner, Council members Bucher, Gmach, and Lindsley. Absent: Councilor Thomas The following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried. Dated this 11th day of May, 2000.
