RESOLUTION NO. 2000-25
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR DUST CONTROL
WHEREAS,the City of Corcoran(City) has offered dust control to it's residents on a
voluntary fee based system in the past; and
WHEREAS, certain properties do not participate in the voluntary program, thereby
reducing the effectiveness of the dust control application; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to institute a dust control assessment for those properties
having a high level of participation in the past, as identified on the attached map.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Corcoran that
those properties listed on the attached assessment roll be specially assessed in the amounts listed for
dust control for the year 2000.
Moved by member George Gmach, Seconded by member John Bucher.
The following voted in favor of said resolution: Guenthner, Gmach, and Bucher
The following voted against the same: Lindsley
The following member was absent: Thomas
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.
