RESOLUTION NO. 2000-15
A RESOLUTION SETTING YEAR 2000 FEES FOR THE CITY OF CORCORAN
WHEREAS, the City of Corcoran (city) has adopted an ordinance authorizing all
city fees to be set by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the city wants to make updating it's fee schedule as efficient as
possible; and
WHEREAS, city charges for service must be constantly monitored in order to
ensure market rate pricing and budgetary needs are met.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City of Corcoran, City
Council that the attached fee schedule is hereby adopted and approved as presented.
Moved by member John Bucher, Seconded by member Ronald Thomas.
The following voted in favor of said resolution: Guenthner, Bucher, Gmach, Lindsley,
and Thomas.
The following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared carried.
