A Conditiona[ Hame Occupation License is approved to allow a cabinei re-facing business, "Kitchen Renaissance", to pperat� in a detached accessory b�a'tlding, in accordance with the app�ication and plans received by the City or� Septerrmber 22, 2010, excepi as amended by this resalution. 2. Tf�e Cor�ditic�nal Home Occupatio� License is issued to Rober� Nilsso€� far the operation of "Kiichen Renaissance". Thjs permit is nan-transferable. lf the business ceases, if ownership of the btasiness changes, or if the individua! to whom a license �as been issued ceases to own the subject premises, the CNO�. is automaticaily revoked 3. A building perrr�it m�st be obta'rned and a final inspection completed by the City prior to beginning aperatior� of th� Hame Occ�pation in tF�e �roposed detach�d accessory b�ilding. 8. The Canditional Horne Occupation Licer�se shall be issu�d for 3 years in accordance witf� fhe procedures a�tlined in Section i430.100 of the Zoning Ordir�ance.
