On November 21, 2011, the Corcoran City Council approved your request for a Metropolitan
Agricultural Preserve Designation, Resolution number 2011-55. The approvals require that the
following documents be recorded at Hennepin County:
1. Resolution 2011-55 approving Agricultural Preserve
2. Application for Initiating Placement of Land into Ag Preserve
3. Metropolitan Ag Preserve Restrictive Covenant
4. Affidavit of Authority
5. Affidavit of Eligibility
Enclosed are three copies of the resolution(s) of approval for the above-referenced property. It
is your responsibility to record one copy of the resolution(s) at the Hennepin County
