RESOLUTION NO. 2013 -13

WHEREAS, pursuant to bids and quotes sought for 2013 street maintenance materials for
various streets within the City, bids were received, opened, and tabulated according to law;
and
WHEREAS, bids were received for 2010 — 2012 and Dennis Fehn Gravel and Excavating Inc.
has extended 2012 pricing to 2013:
Class 5 Gravel
BE IT RESOLVED that Dennis Fehn Gravel and Excavating Inc. has been identified as the
lowest responsible bidders;
Gravel Haulina
MTS Trucking
$2.57 per ton
T & S Trucking
$2.82 per ton
M & J Trucking
$4.76 per ton
BE IT RESOLVED that MTS Trucking has been identified as the lowest responsible bidders;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORCORAN, MN:
That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into contract with
above identified responsible bidder in the name of the City of Corcoran for the 2013 street
maintenance materials and hauling.
